3. Family Members of Canadian Citizens & Permanent Residents Who Escaped Sudan

- You left Sudan on or after April 15, 2023, and
- You arrived in Canada before July 15, 2023
Then, you can apply for:
- Work and study permits – Free of charge.
- Permanent residence under the family class – Free of charge.
