The list of designated employers who are eligible to offer jobs to prospective candidates and be eligible to apply under Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program has finally been released by the beautiful province of New Foundland and Labrador.
This list includes 172 employers.
The requirement of a valid job offer from one of the designated employers is a critical eligibility criteria to be able to apply under the AIPP program. Recently the immigration minister of Canada Mr. Hussein had announced an increase in the quota allotted under AIPP to now 2500 per year.
Four Atlantic provinces form the group that is covered under AIPP.
This includes Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Islands, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. It is possible that encouraged by this step, the other 3 provinces will also release their list of designated employers.
Overall this is a great step and a bright ray of hope for Canadian Immigration Aspirants who lately have been quite demotivated with high Express Entry CRS scores that have not dropped below 440 this year.
